Martyn is responsible for the organisation of activities day by day at Sportsmad. He also directs staff and facilities each week. Martyn's role is to make sure everyone is safe and enjoying themselves at Sportsmad.

Martyn has also been a teacher for 7 years, and is currently Head of Physical Education at Ladymead in Taunton.

He has enjoyed 10 years as a sports coach ranging from children aged 5 to University sports teams.
